Change/Cancellation Policy: Please make every effort to keep your appointment as scheduled. Appointment changes or cancellations made 96 hours (4 days) or less will be charged a $100 fee. 24 hours or less will be charged the full service amount. Repeated or last minute appointment changes will result in a full prepayment of service. Retouches cancelled 24 hours or less will be charged the studio minimum of $150.

Retouch Policy: All retouch appointments should be scheduled at the end of original service appointment, and within 3 months of original service date. After 3 months, the maintenance color boost pricing for that service will apply. Please make every effort to prioritize your retouch - this is a very important appointment!

Previous Tattoo Work: New clients with existing tattoo work will be evaluated on a case by case basis, after a thorough visual consultation prior to booking. Some previous work cannot and should not be covered. This is considered a new service for Victory Ink; additional pricing may apply if color correction is needed.  

Guest Policy: These are luxurious and relaxing services, so we encourage you to enjoy your time alone. One healthy guest is permitted, over the age of 18. Children are not permitted in the studio at any time. (If you and a loved one are scheduled for back to back appointments, you may come together.)
